Exercise
Having a healthy diet and getting moderate exercise are advised in pregnancy, and it’s important not to gain too much weight. You can keep to a healthy weight by eating a balanced diet and getting exercise.
Exercise is also a great way to increase your fertility and can be activity enjoyed by both you and your partner.
Relaxation
Trying to conceive can be stressful. Unfortunately, too much stress may make it more difficult to conceive for both men and women, so try to take it easy when you can.
It is advised to look activities which will support your inner well being and mental outlook to help prepare you for the pregnancy journey.
